Our client runs a multi award winning leisure resort based on the Picturesque Isle of Arran. They are looking for passionate and focussed F&B assistants to join their hospitality team.
·Service-To provide the correct level of service as documented at all times in the Restaurant including functions, serving food and drinks to customers.
·Areas-Restaurant and Bar areas, Cloakrooms, Cellar, Still Room Areas.
·Shared responsibility with Kitchen for areas outside Kitchen Back Door and shared responsibility for bottle storage area.
·Equipment - All cleaning of furniture, fittings and equipment in the above areas.
·Cash - correct handling, including all aspects of cash control.
·Hygiene - Maintaining of environmental health and hygiene standards as laid down to meet current regulations.
·Rules - Ensure that the rules (as laid out in standards manuals, staff handbook, health and safety policy, fire plan and any others brought to your attention by a member of the management team) are followed by all staff.
·Other Duties as requested by the Management team.
·28 days holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays)
