Our client are one of the UK's largest and most exciting leisure centre operators. Due to their continued growth they have created a new opening for a Contract Health and Wellbeing Manager to join their team at their leading site in Essex.
More about your role
Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for taking the lead on all our clients Health and Wellbeing aims and objectives, creating innovative schemes which maximise the use of facilities and promotes attendance amongst clients. You will promote all activities within the centre and conduct regular evaluations of these to ensure they are compliant with the centres objectives and KPI's. You will conduct market research in order to identify opportunities in the surrounding areas for sport and health initiatives in which the centre can promote and be involved in.
More about you
You should have previous experience managing and influencing colleagues and stakeholders in conjunction with excellent customer service skills. With a demonstrable background in health and wellbeing (fitness) you must be extremely organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Experience working in a leisure centre or an environment of similar nature would be extremely beneficial for this role.
