Our client are a leading hotel group, that run a number of exclusive preoperties across the Picteresque Lake District. They are currently looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team.
The Role
The Food & Beverage Manager will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our clients guests and will oversee the smooth running of both our Restaurants, Bar and Conference & Banqueting operations.
You must have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectation. Operating on the front line, you are the real ambassadors of the company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards. The role requires a hardworking individual who can work on their own initiative and are key player in our clients hotel operations teams.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as either a Restaurant, Bar or Conference & Banqueting Manager.
- Will be an excellent motivator and leader of people, with a good track record of managing a team
- Be a self-starter who has the capacity to operate with little supervision and is not afraid to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
