Our client is a leading leisure centre and facilities management operator, based in Essex. They are currently looking to recruit a Centre Manager to join one of their leading sites based in Thurrock.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- To ensure financial targets are achieved.
- To ensure the strategic and day to day management of the Centre.
- To ensure the Centre operates in accordance with the Contract Specification.
- To ensure the Quality Management Systems are interpreted throughout the site.
- To support and develop staff in achieving their objectives.
- To assist the Senior Management and Directorship Team with specific projects
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years General Management experience within a large multi use leisure operation.
