Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive leisure centre operators. They run a number of facilities across the UK and are looking to recruit a General Manager for their leading site based in Rotherham.
- To ensure financial targets are achieved.
- To ensure the strategic and day to day management of the Centre.
- To ensure the Centre operates in accordance with the Contract Specification.
- To ensure the Quality Management Systems are interpreted throughout the site.
- To support and develop staff in achieving their objectives.
- To assist the Contract Manager / Area Manager / Regional Director with specific projects
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years General Management experience within a large multi use leisure operation.
