Our client is a multi award winning resort voted in the top 50 places to work in Scotland. They have an exceptiojnal opportunity and are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and driven Guest Service Manager with Duty Management responsibilities to join their management team.

This is a multi-skilled role incorporating the running of the Front of House Operations and Food and Beverage departments in line with the business demands and acting as a Duty Manager for the resort. You will ensure that guests' have a smooth stay at theresort and ensure compaints and queries are dealt with efficiently. As well as influencing the customer service culture, you will also be expected to meet its quantitative and qualitative targets. You will be expected to convey the resort image and atmosphere through exemplary attitude, offering a warm and friendly welcome.
