This is a post which offers a degree of flair and style. Working alongside the restaurant and bar manager to deliver a premium service with passion and organisation to our clients guests. Applicants must have function experience including experience of re-gen techniques, menu design and catering for up to 140 covers. Strong organisational skills with regards to stock, GP and food hygiene essential.
Established customer base in dining such as afternoon tea, Sunday lunches and our clients popular themed nights. Special occasions including weddings, parties, conferences and wakes. A mixed business offering.
Company accommodation available for up to a 6 month period.
