Our client runs ones of the most prestigous and exclusive hotel and golf club properties in Scotland. They are currently looking to recruit a Head Porter to join their team at their site in Aberdeenshire.
Role Job Description
You will work shifts (subject to bookings) to support the Resort Services team to ensure the delivery of an exceptional experience to all guests staying within the Hotel facilities. Providing general customer service duties include greeting guests, carrying their luggage and showing them to their rooms.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a hotel operation would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering an exceptional guest service
- Ability to resolve queries in a proactive, practical and positive manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
