Role Job Description
The Housekeeping Assistant is required to manage the day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping services of Hotel and Lodge.
The facility is a five-star, 19-bedroom luxury country house hotel located within the heart of the estate. Featuring opulent furnishings and heritage features, the property offers exceptional resort accommodations for golfers, visitors and guests.
Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and working closely with the Operations Manager and Resort Services teams, this post is integral to the day-to-day operations of the resort and requires meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards of fineness and cleanliness. This is a hands-on housekeeping role that operates on a shift-based system including occasional evening and weekend working in line with the needs of the business
Qualifying Criteria:
Housekeeping experience, ideally in a four- or five-star environment
Meticulous eye for detail and demonstrable commitment to maintaining high standards
Excellent timing keeping and good organisational skills
Positive and flexible approach to work including weekend and evening shifts
Proactive with the ability to work with minimal supervision
