Our client is a leading sport for development organisation, supporting more communities to become physically active and more people to engage in education.

An exciting position has become available for an experienced HR Manager to lead a new HR function within a fast growing sport and health organisation. This is a remote working position. The position is part time, 24 Hours Per Week. (However there is flexibility on the contracted hours if required).

This is a key post in supporting the Senior Management Team and staff to be effective in their roles and provide the very best quality of provision to our clients team. The successful candidate will have responsibility and accountability for the full employee life cycle and will be involved in all areas of the Human Resources function. 

The post holder will be expected to lead and oversee the HR function across the organisation, working closely with the Finance Manager and National Development Director to ensure the organisation meets its own 300% growth target by 2023.If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, we would love to hear from you.
