Their structured pre-school programme is designed to stimulate and enhance each child’s educational and social development providing an excellent foundation for school and later life. Our client is committed to providing the highest standard of childcare possible.
Our client is looking to recruit a Room Leader.
Room Leader
Minimum Level 3 Montessori Pedagogy qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification)
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
Room Leader will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
