Our client has a Montessori school which is situated in a quiet residential area between Hampstead and Highgate Village.
Our client is a small, delightful and well established school with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The school has an onsite forest school and benefits from having a woodland area on its school grounds.
Our client is looking to recruit a Montessori School Manager. This is a term-time position and you will be required to work 2 days from 8am – 1pm and 3 days from 8am – 3pm.
Our client believes it takes a village to raise a child, therefore partnership working is key. You will be required to work with the Directors to build a strong team, with parents and the local community to deliver outstanding childcare.
You will be required to oversee the management of the school and ensure the setting fulfils all legal and stator requirements. The Manager is part of the
Nursery Management team and provides effective supervision, leadership and mentoring to the team of Educators in the setting.
The Manager must have good understanding of regulatory and practice requirements, staff management, customer service and ensure high quality care and learning for your children.
You must hold relevant Childcare qualifications and you will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS.
