​Our client is looking to grow their team of new wave early years superheroes.  The role requires a creative thinker, someone who is organised and has an open mind, and a desire to be involved in shaping something new. Our client needs someone who is passionate about childcare and a changemaker. 

Our client’s aim is to inspire the children, parents and each other.

Our client is looking to recruit a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 qualified.

Candidate Overview

Have previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years.

Be passionate about working with children and have a natural flair for making people feel happy and at ease, bringing energy and enthusiasm. 

Be interested in creating inspiring and fun work and play environments. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, fun, creative and immersive sessions to inspire the future generation.

  • Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better. 

  • Ensure all resources are in line with our ethos and approach to Early Years Education. 

  • Ensure practice and provision in our classes meet the expectations and requirements relevant to the class 

  • Manage children’s safety & follow Safeguarding procedures.
