Our client is one of the UK's leading and most progressive leisure centre operators. They are currently looking to recruit a Participation Co-ordinator for their site in Hinckley. This is a part time (20 hours per week) position.
As the Participation Co-ordinator you will need to:
Work with General Manager to plan local promotion and partnership activities.
Work with local partners to deliver activities to support local awareness, drive lead generation and increase participation across the breadth of the business.
Utilise digital marketing tools to promote activities.
Ensure adherence to standards for internal displays.
Ensure displays are effective, relevant, timely and appropriately located.
Provide data to General Manager monthly relating to identified participation KPIs to enable effectiveness of marketing activity to be reviewed.
Support the General Manager with digital customer correspondence.
What am I responsible for?
Supporting the General Manager in increasing participation in line with agreed company and Local Authority KPI’s.
Aid the Implementation of the central marketing strategy.
With the General Manager explore and execute local partnership activities
Maintain internal display standards
Provide data to the Contract Manager / General Manager for marketing reviews and client reports
