Objectives:
The ability to train junior chefs Smooth running of entire food operation in Pastry section
Aiding in the innovation of all menus
Man management and assisting in staff training
To maintain MEP and presentation standards and to implement and input new ideas.
To work in a clean and hygienic manner.
To integrate into the team as a whole.
Requirements
Pastry Sous Chef Experience
Fine dining pastry to 2 rosette standard.
Need to be able to completely run their own section.
4 and 5 star luxury hotel experience an advantage.
