Our client runs some of the UK's finest hotels with spa and health club facilities. They are currently looking to recruit a Spa Therapist/Receptionist for their site in Tetbury. This role is equally split between Front of House Responsibilities and delivering spa therapy sessions.
Main duties:
·Carrying out a range of Spa treatments to an extremely high standard
·Carry out a range of Reception duties, including telephone bookings and enquiries for treatments, spa packages and fitness classes
·Carry out regular Spa facility checks and laundry duties
·Provide lunch service
·Taking and making drinks orders
·Provide product recommendations to guests and consistently achieve retail targets
·Ensuring treatment rooms are spotless
·Spa host to ensure guests are happy
·Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa
Knowledge, experience and skills required:
·Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
·Excellent interpersonal skills
·High standard of personal appearance
·Confident in daily use of computer
·Self-motivated
·To enjoy and understand working in a team
·Must have own transport
·Available to work evenings and weekends (1 full weekend off every 3 weeks)
