​Our client is one of the leading and most exclusive Hotel and Leisure Resorts in Scotland, they have received the Outstanding Employer 2019 - British Inn Keepers Scotland and the Training & Employee Retention Award Winner - CIS Excellence 2018. The resort is based on the Isle of Arran, off the West Coast of Scotland. They are looking to recruit a Hospitality Recruitment Specialist to join their team.

Scope of role

Placing and updating all job advertisements both externally and internally
Creating engaging social media content relating to recruitment and job opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners including agencies
Responding to recruitment enquiries through all channels
Managing and updating the companies Recruitment website and improving recruitment system integration
Organising participation at recruitment events online and in person
Screening of CVs and speculative applications as well as daily management of all recruitment platforms
Scheduling interviews and trials and liaising with management team
Processing offer letters and contracts.
Completing market rate analysis reports
Completing monthly recruitment reports for the Senior Management Team.
Previous experience working in recruitment either as an inhouse recruitment specialist or recruitment agent is essential for this role. Experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry would also be highly desirable as you must have the ability to manage multiple campaigns at any one time, working to tight deadlines.
