Our client is the UK's largest and most progressive Leisure Centre operator. They are looking to recruit a Regional Impact Sales Manager to support the East region sales structure. This is a key role and requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to increase membership levels. We need a Regional Impact Sales Manager who will…
Be results-driven, with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets
Coach and develop the existing team of sales managers and membership consultants
Review, analyse and support delivery of Data Key Performance Indicators through Customer Service and Sales colleagues
Have the ability to motivate and inspire others to ‘raise the bar’
Monitor and manage Social Media channels from centres
Maintain sales resource cover across the region, and where vacancies are available, or Sales Manager resource is on annual leave, to provide the necessary support and cover
Work within the Regional Weekend Sales cover framework to provide regional support
This role will require day, evening and weekend work with overnight stays and will include extensive travel across the region. You must have a valid driving licence.
