Our client has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to develop community focused sport, wellbeing and educational programmes throughout London and the Southeast of England.

It is an exciting time to join the organisation, an award-winning social enterprise, during a time of rapid expansion. Between 2021 and 2023 our client will increase the number of people supported by over 300%. An extremely skilled and dedicated person is required to join the team and support their mission to improve health, wellbeing and educational standards throughout the country.

The company currently operates from eleven sites across England and are proud of the impact their work has on both communities and individuals. The Regional Manager role is key to their improvement and growth in coming years and is tasked to bring the organisations' 'mission’ to the Southeast region.

Why the Role Exists

The Regional Manager will oversee and manage our clients' contracts across London and the Southeast with a key focus on establishing new projects/contracts throughout the region. The role will cover multiple locations across the Southeast.

The post holder will be tasked with obtaining new contracts which are designed to improve health, wellbeing and educational standards throughout the region. Working with the National Development Director, the post holder also holds responsibility to manage all aspects of project delivery, including recruitment and line management of delivery staff, budget management and customer service.

The post requires constant communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are structured effectively and delivered to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for candidate who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing successful projects in the sport, wellbeing, education or community sectors. You will need to be able to showcase evidence of overachieving against targets, particularly in relation to sales, marketing and quality management. Experience of sports management / coaching / tutoring within a community setting would be an advantage, but is not essential.
