Our client is the UK's largest and most progressive leisure centre operator. A unique opportunity has arisen and they are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Support Manager to join their team.
MAIN GOAL:
To promote the company vision, values, and beliefs, to deliver the organisations corporate sales framework throughout the area, and to lead a highly motivated, knowledgeable focused & professional sales team
MEASURE OF SUCCESS:
You will be measured on your areas delivery of the companies corporate sales framework including productivity performance and operational efficiency
Key Result Areas:
1. To ensure the full application and performance of your centres in line with the Sales Manager PRD
2. To proactively promote the consistent application of the companies vision, values and beliefs
3. To be an inspirational leader fulfilling sales colleagues potentials in order for them to exceed customer’s expectations
4. To deliver the corporate sales framework throughout your area including productivity KPI performance, regional reporting adherence, and ensuring area operational issues are managed and reported
5. To maximise promotion within your area through delivery of the corporate marketing strategy
6. Communication – To ensure all colleagues and customers understand the sales process
7. Inspect, monitor and review the sales process
8. Other tasks reasonably requested by the Regional Sales Manager or Regional Business Manager
We are looking for candidate with an excellent track record in sales management. You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years sales management experience within a large, multi use leisure, fitness operation. We are looking for candidates who have charisma, flare and excellent people management skills.
