We're looking for a hands-on, pro-active Restaurant Manager with an infectious personality, who can act as one of the main figureheads for our clients 2 AA Rosette Lakeview Restaurant. You will possess exceptional fine-dining experience with awarm, friendly and outgoing customer service style which will delight the guests and engage their team members.As Restaurant Manager you must have an acute eye for detail and go out of your way to ensure the best possible standards are being delivered by every single member of the team. It is essential that you quickly learn all about the food and drinks they serve and are knowledgeable when asked questions regarding this.

What we are looking for:

·An experienced Manager with proven background in a similar role in restaurant operations or a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to move to the next step in their career.

·Be able to build, develop, motivate and coach a team. Conduct training of the team to deliver exceptional standards of customer service and product knowledge.

·A good organiser with outstanding leadership skills to lead the team with personality and clear direction.

·Exceptionally customer focused and a people person.

·A Professional, with an eye for detail to improve and maintain high standards.

·Have flair, be self-motivated and creative and be comfortable with hands-on management.

·Have a real sense of passion and pride for the concept and restaurant.

·Will need to demonstrate that you are really driven, committed and keen to learn.

·Must be able to work well as part of a team and also in a very busy environment.
