​Our client is one of the UK's leading and most innovative leisure operators. They are currently looking to recruit a sales and customer service advisor to join their team at their leading centre in Rotherham.

What do I have to do?

•Create an environment that is friendly, welcoming and supportive of a customer’s choice on how,when and where they are active.

•Ensure that outstanding levels of customer service are always adopted. Be passionate about and promote the mission; bean advocate for the benefits of activity,and the products and services that form our clients offering both onsite and on-line.

•Showcase the centre. Offer all prospective members of the facility. Encourage and support the customer to take out the appropriate membership/product option that meets their activity goals and needs.

•Communicate and build rapport with each customer in a unique and relevant way.

•Show an interest in those that have shown an interest in us-be responsible for the following up of all enquiries and prospects who do not join. Manage enquiries and prospects making full use of the technology provided and following the processes and procedures determined.

•Measurably contribute to the 'everyone a member’ objective-ensuring that even those who prefer to Pay as you Move still feel a sense of belonging to activity, the centre and the brand.

•Follow the latest policies and procedures to manage membership acquisition, and swimming and sports course enrollments.

•Perform to agreed targets on Memberships take-up and other 'new to activity initiatives’.

•Use sales tools and techniques documented within membership management and those communicated through coaching and training

•Achieve secondary spend targets, catering and retail, as determined locally.

•Manage all activity in accordance with the data management policies and procedures.
