Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive and dynamic leisure operators. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Membership Manager based at their site in Saltburn in Redcar and Cleveland.
To promote the Company vision, values, and beliefs, to deliver our clients corporate sales strategy that enables the centre to achieve sales and income targets.
MEASURE OF SUCCESS:
You will be measured on achieving your sales and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

To proactively promote the consistent application of the company vision, values and beliefs
To be an inspirational leader fulfilling sales colleagues potentials in order for them to exceed customer’s expectations.
To hit your Centre’s targets and understand your Centre’s business objectives
To maximise promotion within your Centre
Communication - To ensure all colleagues and customers understand the sales process.
Inspect, monitor and review the sales process to ensure targets are met.
Other tasks reasonably requested by the General Manager.
The successful applicant will have experience of working within a Membership management or Sales manager or consultant back ground. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be required to liaise with external and internal customers/staff. You will be able to demonstrate at interview your excellent customer service skills and experience. You will have experience getting the best out of your team and have experience motivating and driving a sales team to success.
