Our client is a leading leisure and holiday park operator in the South West of England. They are currently looking to recruit an industry leading leisure complex manager for their award winning site.
Their Indoor facilities are open all year and include an 6 lane 25m pool, Baby Pool, 2 Waterslides and Splash Zone which is a shallow beached entry Pool with 4 mini slides. The outside areas open May-Sept and include 3 outdoor water slides and Seaside Pool which has 3 mini waterslides.
Within the Leisure Complex they have a fantastic Gym and Soft Play area. Our client runs a large Swim School and have an expanding membership database. The team can exceed 50 team members at peak.
The role of Waterpark senior Complex Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the waterpark and gym and leading a small management team to deliver a safe and excellent experience. Applicants must hold a valid NPLQ qualification, Pool Plant Operators Certificate and RLSS Trainer Assessor Qualification. Applicants must also be working (or have worked) at a comparable Senior Management level within a current Leisure Facility and be looking for a new challenge within a larger facility.
You must be dynamic, hands on and be able to motivate and support your team through busy and quieter times. An understanding of budgets, range of IT programs, marketing is beneficial. Competence within the plant room is essential.
