The theatre has gained a national reputation for its work in forging pathways into the arts for young talent from all backgrounds.
We are now recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef who will assist our clients Head Chef in building a motivated team that have an excellent working partnership with the catering front of house and other departmental teams. They will assist the Head Chef in all aspects of planning, organising and communicating.
The Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef to provide food that not only is in line with the agreed internal and legal standards, but also that exceeds our guests’ expectations in flavour, substance and presentation.
We are ideally looking for candidate with a minimum of 6 months leadership experience within a busy kitchen setting. You must be a strong leader, self motivated and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
