Our client are a unique family-owned group comprising a selection of six country and town hotels. The Spais a multi-award-winning 5-bubble spa in the beautiful Lake District, just 3-miles from Keswick, with panoramic views over Derwentwater.
We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Spa Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained in a similar 4- or 5-star environment with spa and beauty facilities. Ideally you will be NVQ Level 3 qualifiedwithElemis training being a great advantage.
As Spa Manager you will build professional relationships with guests and lead the team in demonstrating a customer focused service. You will have a passion for customer experience specifically regarding relaxation and wellness, excellent personal presentation, the ability to plan and problem solve effectively, business acumen and sales awareness. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Spas facilities and staff and monitor the Spa’s financial performance.

·Leading the team to excellence in regards to treatment quality, sales results, customer service and guest satisfaction.
·Recruitment, training & development of the team in line with company guidelines and market development.
·Creating a strong team spirit and working closely with other hotel departments.
·Constantly and consistently working on and looking at new ways to drive the best business.
·Handling guest feedback and building and maintaining a loyal guest following.
·Managing expenses to ensure maximum profitability.
·Possess hands-on experience in the spa and wellness field with an attitude to deliver.
·Be a service-oriented team player and have the ability to create a work environment which sparks creative thinking and innovation.
·Work closely with the marketing team promote all aspects of The Falls Spa.
·Improve, implement and monitor standards, procedures and technology developments and upgrades.
·Ultimately, somebody who knows how to create long-lasting memorable experiences – whether that is as a guest or a member of the team!
