​Our client is the UK's largest and most progressive operator of Leisure facilities and Spas in the UK. With their Spa operation continuing to grow, they are now looking to recruit a Spa Supervisor to work within their Day Spa based in the heart of Buckinghamshire.

Responsible For:

Managing the day to day running of the treatments, while providing consultation and treatments in a professional manner. Maintaining and improving the customer journey. Responsible for driving the business and maintaining and increasing revenue streams. Providing a range of treatments, including massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures etc.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To manage the day to day running of the spa, ensuring open and close procedures are checked off and the treatment rooms are to the expected standard at all times

  • To open and close the spa, and ensure cash up is completed every evening.

  • To have full knowledge and involvement of the monthly promotions, and communicate these to the team, and to ensure you are actively upselling these.

  • To be aware of the spa/individual targets, and work with the team on how they can achieve these.

  • To assist in driving the business forward in a way that you see fit. Including arranging outreach/in reach where necessary

  • To work with the spa management team to ensure all marketing material is up to date and relevant.

  • To work with the spa brand partners alongside the spa manager, being involved in promotional ideas, and motivational suggestions for the team

  • To work with the spa manager to profile the budgets for the financial year and being actively involved in understanding how the spa is performing MTD/YTD

  • To assist with stock take alongside with the spa manager on a monthly basis (the last day of the month)

  • Generating professional orders while working within the budgets set.

  • To carry out beauty and relaxation treatments to the required standard ensuring specific treatment time is adhered to

  • To ensure every treatment begins with a thorough consultation, to feel confident that there are no contra-indications.

  • To give professional advice to guests and promote treatments available

  • To include aftercare advise within your treatment

  • To upsell treatments and build a client base that is loyal to you

We are looking for candidates who are Level 3 Beauty qualified (or equivalent), with a minimum of 6 months supervisory experience within a Spa or Beauty Salon based setting.
