Our client is looking for a Tour Operations Specialist Sales Agent. Our client are a multi-business group operating in Food Retail, Childcare, Travel, Post Office, and Utilities, meaning you will get a breadth of multi-sector experience in a complex and fast-moving organisation. No two days will ever be the same!

As a Tour Operations Specialist Sales Agent, you will be:  

•Receive sales enquiries from B2B customers answering them efficiently 
•Assist and advise customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
•Provide unrivalled customer service by continuously going the extra mile
•Sell a range of Holidays products, including tailor made itineraries, Cruise packages, Eurostar, long & short haul, City Break experiences and more.
•Achieve sales targets by maximising selling opportunities of Holidays products at every opportunity
•Actively participate in training to enhance knowledge and personal development
•Provide first level support to customers on any queries they may have on their booking
•Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business 
•Ensure that expert knowledge in all Holidays product is maintained and promoted at every opportunity with customers

Your shift pattern may include some evenings and weekends, but we value your time outside of work and we’ll make sure your rota is available 4-weeks in advance – giving you peace of mind to be able to make the most of your days off

About You:

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need: 

• Travel Sales Experience
•Target driven
•Customer focused
•Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
•Comfortable using web-based systems
