​Our client runs a world renowned international visitor destination and five-star golf resort.  They are currently in the process of expanding their industry leading team and are looking to recruit a Design and Digital Content Manager for their site based in Aberdeenshire.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage the online promotional campaigns for UK and overseas markets

- Design and create creative and inspiring digital advertising and marketing collateral for use across all platforms

- Develop new social media and digital content to engage and build new and existing audiences

- Manage and develop the company’s photography and film archive for current and future use

- Work with external agencies and partners on the delivery of high impact social media and digital campaigns

- Update and oversee the business’s digital assets for tour operators, travel agents, golf publications, industry magazines, social media outlets and online platforms

- Edit and develop all digital collateral including web pages, brochures, leaflets, adverts, commercials and social media posts

- Manage and develop the online member portal and website content

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, keeping up to date with digital communication trends and opportunities

- Assist with the analysis of all marketing and communications activities through surveys, feedback forms and other developed tools

Qualifying Criteria:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Experience within the hospitality, sport or leisure industry (beneficial)

- Relevant qualifications such as Graphic Design or Marketing Degree

- Exceptional IT skills, with proficiency in Google, Adobe Suite (In-Design) and Meta and a comprehensive working knowledge of social media and digital platforms

- Ability to demonstrate a track record of sustained growth in digital content use including the ability to shape, manage and deliver accurate and engaging brand specific content

- Creative with a keen eye for detail and strong design instincts
