Our client is the South West’s leading family owned holiday resort and are currently looking to recruit Food & Beverage Manager to join their senior management team. This is a hands on role assisting with the management a team of up to 50 within their large food & beverage department.
They have various food and beverage offerings from Costa coffee to ice cream, burgers to family dining and we offer a mixed range of options in a number of outlets. This is a great opportunity to enhance and develop your food and beverage career.
Applicants must have experience of all FOH & BOH operations within a similar environment at at least supervisor level and have experience in training, all cellar duties, stock management and health and safety.
This is a permanent role requiring split shifts and weekend working. Live in accommodation available for re-location purposes. BII personal licence, basic food hygiene certificate and SIA door licence desired but not essential. Applicants must have previous supervisory experience within a similar role, be self motivated and have the passion to deliver an exceptional standard of product and service.
